Terms & Conditions

By engaging services with Mobile METAL Medics and/or submitting payment, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required prior to the start of any work. This deposit secures scheduling, labor, and materials. The remaining 50% balance is due within 30 days of project completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Acceptance of Terms

Submission of the initial payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and forms a binding agreement between the customer and Mobile METAL Medics, whether or not a separate contract is signed.

Scope of Work

All work performed will follow the agreed estimate or proposal. Any additional work requested outside of the original scope may result in additional charges and will require customer approval before proceeding.

Project Completion

Project completion is defined as the fulfillment of the agreed scope of work. Delays caused by the customer, including lack of access, schedule changes, or additional requests, do not delay or extend payment deadlines.

Late Payments

Any unpaid balances after 30 days may incur a late fee of 5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) until paid in full. Mobile METAL Medics reserves the right to pursue collection efforts for unpaid invoices.

Materials & Workmanship

Mobile METAL Medics provides skilled workmanship using appropriate materials for each project. Unless otherwise stated in writing, no extended warranties are expressed or implied beyond the condition of the work at the time of completion.

Liability

Mobile METAL Medics is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, hidden damage, or conditions outside of its control that may affect the outcome of the project.

Changes & Cancellations

Project changes requested after work has begun may impact cost and timeline. Deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled or materials have been purchased
